Lakeside Exteriors has earned the prestigious 2011 Contractor of the Year (CotY) Gold Award presented by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).
“It is a tremendous honor to receive the Contractor of the Year award,” said Matt Merrifield, CEO and founder of Lakeside Exteriors. “It is a testament to the commitment of our entire staff, and the support we receive from our customers.”
Merrifield also noted that the award was judged by other contractors, “We appreciate the fact that this recognition is coming from our peers within the industry.”
The CotY Awards recognize exceptional remodeling projects completed over the past year. The entries are judged on functionality, problem solving, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty and presentation. An impartial panel of judges composed of industry experts then selects the winners.
